Dusting Spot UV adds a BLING effect to your cards! Now with DUSTING adds an additional glittery effect! Dusting is Spot UV processed twice. We Spot UV, then add glitter, and lastly another layer of Spot UV. Dusting also has a raised effect. 16pt Silk laminated cards, along with Spot UV highlights present an amazing contrast of Gloss and Matte.
